Malik Zinad impressed with a KO in Germany

The talented MBA-boxer Malik Zinad defended his title of WBFed International with a spectacular end. Beka Aduashvili made a hard work for the Libyan boxer. In the 5th round the battle ended with a KO-victory for Zinad at 2:15 Minutes.

It was a great fight of a high level. The audience was impressed of the fight, an enjoy for boxingfans. Malik´s manager Donny Lalonde is satisfied with the new experience for Malik. In the corner did Malik have his new coach Khoren Gevor and assisted from partner Pavel Melkomian.

Malik will be boxing in Germany again in Febraur 2017. Promoter Winfried Spierling attended at the event as it was a charity for Eddy Gurknecht. Spierling has made clear that his fighters want to fight the best, the winners. In the same weight-class did even Elvis Hetemi win his fight with a KO. Wiking Boxing Team would like to get a bout between Malik Zinad and Elvis Hetemi. Two great boxers with an unknowning end. That is a great match-making.

The future for Malik Zinad looks very good.

Malik Zinad is ready for the fight

Malik Zinad will make the main fight on Sunday 18.12.2016 in Bielefeld. In a bout of 10 rounds he will defence his WBFed International title against the Georgian boxer Beka Aduashvili.

The event is early on Sunday at 11h in Sportpalast Bielefeld, Stadtring 15. The event includes 5 boxing fights of high levels and entertainment with the great soul singer Troy Aflick.

The German Champions Angelo Frank and Elvis Hetemi are even fighting. They as well as the sanctioning body GBA spend money to Eddy Gutknecht, who is in coma, now in hospital in Hannover, Germany, after his fight in London vs George Groves.

Manege frei für Angelo Frank am Sonntag

In Bielefeld wird am Sonntag 18.12.2016 in Sportpalast am Stadtring 15 am Vormittag geboxt. Das Frühschoppenboxen fängt um 11 Uhr an.

Die Manage wird dann für Angelo Frank frei. In 6 Runden wir er sein Boxkunst zeigen. Der Deutscher Meister im Weltergewicht boxt umsonst da er zusammen mit seinem Team-Kollege aus Wiking Box Team Elvis Hetemi zugunsten der Aktion ALL FOR EDDY an Eddy Gutknecht spendet.

Elvis Hetemi, der Deutsche Internationale Meister im Halbschwergewicht aus Wiking Box Team boxt auch ein 6 Runden Kampf zugunsten Eddy.

Aus Paderborn boxt Artur Müller vs Lukas Radic. Der Kampf ist auf 4 Runden im Weltergewicht angesetzt.

Hauptkämpfe sind Malik Zinad, der talentierter Boxer aus Malta/Libyen, vs Beka Aduashvili und Jean Moraiti vs Nikoloz Berkatsashvili.

Moraiti vs Berkatsashvili boxen 10 Runden im Leichtgewicht um die Titeln WBFed International und UBO InterConti.

EBU title fight Yigit vs Daws postponed til 11.02.2017

Anthony Yigit’s (18-0-1, 11 KOs) European Super Lightweight title fight has been postponed due to a back injury sustained by his opponent Lenny Daws (30-4-2, 11 KOs).

The Stockholm fighter was scheduled to meet the British boxer this Saturday at the Westcroft Leisure Centre in Carshalton, London, but Daws was ruled out by a medical specialist last night. His chiropractor has recommended that he needs 2 weeks of total rest and treatment before he can resume training again.

Daws said, “I’m absolutely gutted and can’t say how sorry I am to my fans’ and also to Team Yigit. I would never pull out of fight and unfortunately my doctor has had the hard task of making that decision for me. The last thing I’d want to do is get in the ring anything less than one hundred percent fit as this means so much to me. I look forward to recommencing training in the New Year for the rescheduled date.”

Yigit said: ‘’I am sad to hear the fight got cancelled due to Daws’s injury. I want to say I am sorry to all fight fans who was looking forward to this event but safety must come first so there is little that can be done. I wish Daws a quick recovery, a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Next year, the belt is mine!’’

Lenny Daws has been forced to postpone his European Super-Lightweight title challenge due to a back injury.

The Morden puncher was scheduled to take on Sweden’s Anthony Yigit this Saturday at the Westcroft Leisure Centre, but was ruled out by a medical specialist last night.

Daws’s chiropractor has recommended that he needs 2 weeks of total rest and treatment before he can resume training again.

Without the headline attraction for the event, promoter Mick Hennessy has postponed the show with a date to be confirmed in early February.

It’s official! Klara Svensson (17-1, 5 KOs) will challenge female pound-for-pound number one Cecilia Brækhus (29-0, 8 KOs) for the WBC, WBO, WBA and IBF Female World Welterweight titles on January 28 at the Oslo Spectrum in Norway.

The two fighters came face-to-face at a press conference today in the Norwegian capital ahead of their hotly anticipated Scandinavian showdown next month.

‘’I am looking forward to finally meeting Cecilia in the ring on January 28,’’ said Svensson. ‘’I have been dreaming about this opportunity for a long time, and I am happy that this fight has been confirmed. I have a lot of respect for Cecilia, she is a great athlete, but I’m very confident I can win.’’

Brækhus who returns to the Oslo Spectrum for a second time following her TKO victory over Anne Sophie Mathis in October, is equally confident of defeating her Nordic rival.

‘’My last fight ended quite quickly, I left the arena without any injuries and was able to return to training soon after,’’ said Braekhus. ‘’My goal for this fight is the same as my last. I’m going to be better than Svensson in every area – technique, tactics, strength and footwork. I will win and I will do it before the 10th round ends.’’

Said Team Sauerland promoter Nisse Sauerland: ‘’We’re happy to have finalised negotiations for this fight. This is going to be a great match-up for the fans. You have the current female pound-for-pound number one against the young hungry challenger, and the rivalry between Sweden and Norway will of course give it an extra spice. We believe Klara is ready for this fight, Cecilia has been a great champion, but now it is time for Klara to take her place at the top of the division!’’

Sicilian Stallion Lo Zito boxt am 28.12.2016

Sebastiano Lo Zito wird am 28.12.2016 in Lüchow bei der Veranstaltung von PSP-Boxing boxen. Sebastiano wird einen Kampf über 6 Runden boxen. The Sicialian Stallion ist mit 7 Kämpfe unbesiegt, davon 5 KO-Siege.

Lo Zito ist ein zukünftiger Champion im Supermittelgewicht. Lo Zito ist talentiert und boxt sehr intelligent. Er wird in seiner Ecke vom Trainer Khoren Gevor betreut. Der Gegner für seinen achten Kampf wird demnächst bekannt gegeben.

Auf die Veranstaltung boxen u. a. Dima Weimer, Jens Tietze und Waldemar Schönbeck. Insgesamt 10 Kämpfe ist auf diese Weihnachts-Dinnerboxen vorgesehen.

WICHTIG: Es gibt nur 300 Karten im freien Verkauf, alle Plätze an Tischen mit vier bzw. sechs Plätzen, 2015 war die Veranstaltung ausverkauft! Wir empfehlen deshalb unbedingt die Karten im Vorverkauf zu erwerben.

Mo Soltby unter Vertrag bei Frank Warren

Mohamed Soltby, Hamburg, ist nun unter Vertrag bei Frank Warren. Mo wird somit meistens in Großbritannien  boxen. Entweder fahren wir England um Mo zu sehen oder schalten bei Warren´s TV-Sender Boxnation ein um Mo boxen zu sehen.

Soltby bleibt weiterhin in Hamburg und wird auch weiter mit Artur Grigorian trainieren.

Mohamed Soltby ist nach 12 Kämpfe immer noch unbesiegt mit 7 KO davon.

Weiterhin viel Erfolg an Mo da nun seine Boxkarriere einen ordentlichen Schub bekommen hat.
