Timmi wechselt zu den Amateuren??

Figosport: Timmi überlegt wechsel zu den Amateuren!

Westdeutsche Zeitung schreibt dazu:

„«Wir haben ein hohes Interesse daran, dass wir so einen hoch qualifizierten Mann wieder für das olympische Boxen gewinnen können», sagte Jürgen Kyas, Präsident des Deutschen Boxsport-Verbandes (DBV). Timm kann nach dem Wechsel ins Amateurlager aber noch seinen Schützling Brähmer auf dessen EM-Kampf gegen den Gifhorner Eduard Gutknecht im Herbst vorbereiten. Bei dem Kampf darf er allerdings nicht mehr in der Ringecke sitzen. Das ist mit den Regeln des Amateur-Boxverbandes nicht vereinbar.“

Es ist mit Freude zu lesen das Timmi noch Jürgen Brähmer für den EM-Kampf trainieren darf.

Viel Erfolg bei den Amateuren. Timmi! Ein Gewinn für die deutsche Amateure. DBV hat eine Pressekonferenz zum 10.7. in Schwerin angekündigt.

Zwar sind keine Verträge unterschrieben und Universum kämpft um ihren Erfolgscoach zu behalten.

Shannon Briggs comeback at 08.02.2013 in Dubai

The heavyweight boxer Shannon Briggs has declared his comeback!

It take place at next Arab Boxing Championships at the Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Sports Complex in Dubai. The date is fixed to 8th February 2013.

Eisa Al Dah, The Arabian Warrior, will even have a bout at this event in February 2013. His fight yesterday was cancelled because a hand injury.

Swedish triumph in Dubai

Mikaela Laurén won her fight with a KO in round 2!

Akilles Adnan had a hard fight against Mhedi Ramezani over the six rounds. Akilles won a split decision, SD. His bout became the main fight at The Destiny in Desert II.

The main fight with Eisa Al Dah could not take part, while the Arabian Warrior had an injury in his hand. His fight will take place at the next event in Dubai, where even Shannon Briggs will make his comeback!
