Alekseev wants to fight Benjamin Flores

ECB boss Erol Ceylan confirms negotiation with the management of Benjamin Flores.

Together with Alexander Alekseev he wathed the fight Marco Huck vs Firat Arslan. Erol Ceylan:

– After watching this fight I am very proud of Alekseev. His bout against Firat Arslan was much better then the performance of Marco Huck at saturday. Alekseev is now totally healthy from his strange poisoning, which led to cancelling the bout against Dzila. We are trying to get a eliminator-bout between Alekseev and Flores.

Alekseev:  – I would love to fight against Marco Huck as soon as possible. His way to box is a real perfect opponent for me. I would knock him out before round six is ending! Even a fight against Afolabi would be ok and then I would invite Huck to make sparring with me.

Was mit Eliminatorkämpfe?

Aus dem Kampf Marco Huck vs Ola Afolabi sollte der Gewinner gegen den Gewinner aus Alekseev vs Arslan antreten. Was wurde daraus? Zwei Unentschieden.

Nun hat EBU einen Rekampf zwischen Alekseev und Arslan verordnet. Wird der Gewinner nun daraus endlich einen Kampf gegen Huck antreten?

Nun gibt stattdessen Huck größe Töne dass die Klitschko-Herausforderer nur Gemüse ist und das nur er Vitali einen starken Kampf anbieten kann. Gerade nach so einen umstrittenen Urteil wie beim Afolabi-Kampf und nach seinem Unvermögen gegen einen konditionsschwachen Povetkin zu gewinnen gibt er große Töne um WM im Schwergewicht.

Huck ist allemal intressant, aber da wäre doch Kämpfe im Cruiser gegen Arslan oder Alekseev äusserst spannend.
